How to use the FOREO ESPADA

Start with clean, dry skin - Apply a thin layer of ESPADA Blemish Solution directly onto the spots/blemishes and leave until fully absorbed - Press the universal button to turn on ESPADA. Aim it so your blemish is in the centre of the precise targeting light, for 30 secs - Treat the same blemish up to 4 times within one treatment, or move the device to another blemish you wish to treat
