HOW DO I USE PFE MEN PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISER?

Connect the unit to the anal probe Insert the anal probe until the base of the flange touches the anus

You can adjust the position of the flange for comfort

Press and hold the ON button to switch the device on

Select the programme by pressing the button "P" Regulate the output intensity with the "UP" and "DOWN" arrows
