How Do LED Lights Help People To Lose Body Fat?

Stubborn fat is one of the most common reasons why people have treatments at a beauty salon, as whilst diet and exercise can get people most of the way towards their fitness and beauty goals, many people have certain places that fat simply cannot escape.

However, there is a potential solution that comes from a somewhat unlikely source. LED lights are used in some skin therapies after a breakthrough study by NASA in the 1990s and this approach could be applied to breaking down stubborn fat as well.

Typically, liposuction, even some treatments that rely on lasers and ultrasound systems will have some form of invasiveness to them in order to remove the fat cells after they have been broken down.

However, LED-based lipo treatments such as Lipo Light are non-invasive and non-surgical, meaning that treatments are faster, more comfortable and do not contain the downtime expected of a typically fat-reduction treatment.

It works by using different levels of LED light frequencies that are placed on select points of the body, which breaks down the blood fat triglyceride into glycerol and fatty acids that are then naturally flushed out of the body.

The best results are seen over between ten and 15 treatments but it is possible to spot a noticeable result after just one 30-minute session, with no pain and no scarring to consider.

Of course, as with traditional liposuction, this is not a weight loss procedure, and results will come most prominently with a combination of an effective, targeted exercise regime designed for your overall fitness goals and a complete, nutritious diet.

Instead, it is meant to take away the stubborn inches of fat that are difficult to remove by other means and lead to an overall boost in not only physical health but also mental well-being.
