Baobab possess a high content of vitamin C a teaspoon full gives about half the vitamin C required for an adult. It has more vitamin C per gram than kiwi, goji berry or oranges. It has antioxidant properties it also contains vitamin B, protein, potassium, fibre and calcium.
Add a teaspoon or two to water each morning. Due to the high content of vitamin C it has slow energy release functions.
