COVID-19 - Following government legislation and guideline we are now offering TREATMENTS booked in advance

UPDATE: Following recent government announcements for the 19th July 2021, we wanted to reassure all customers that our hygiene measures (listed below) will continue to remain in place in order to protect you and the therapist

Your health and safety are our absolute priority at this time, so to protect you and your beauty professional we have introduced enhanced hygiene and safety protocols for all beauty services. You can relax knowing that your therapist will look after you in the safest way possible.

We have been working with the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and industry trade organisations to create best practice COVID-19 hygiene protocols to protect you and the therapist during your services.

It will now be compulsory for the therapist to:

Wear a clinical-grade, three-ply mask and be equipped with disposable gloves and a disposable apron to wear during your appointment. All shoes and extra bags will not be carried into the treatment room but left in a safe place

Carry and deploy a checked and regulated kit containing anti-viral soap, a thermometer, disposable towels, wipes and sprays to sanitise hands, tools and any surface areas involved in your service.

Hold a Barbicide COVID-19 certificate for hygiene, issued for the professional beauty industry.

Sign up to the NHS COVID Symptom Tracker to monitor daily health, including a temperature check before your service.

Absolutely not work if feeling unwell.

WHAT TO EXPECT To ensure the health and safety of both our customers and therapist, we prioritise hygiene and sanitisation and deliver the following stringent hygiene protocols at every appointment:

BEFORE THE SERVICE

On the morning of the booking, the therapist sign in to the Covid Symptom Tracker app to confirm they’re not showing symptoms of Covid-19 and not work if they are unwell.

On your arrival your therapist will be wearing a mask and introduce themselves at the door. All shoes and personal items will be left at the door. the entrance and Therapy room is well ventilated by open doors or windows for 30 minutes, between each clients. Plus, we take appointments in advance, with 30 minutes of distance, one person at the the time so no other clients will be in the same space during your service.

Your therapist will wash her hands and forearms thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with antibacterial soap and will wear a mask during the service. For an extra precaution, she will offer to wear a disposable apron and disposable gloves if you require it. Your therapist will prepare and re-sanitise any equipment needed for your service and prepare the service area with a disposable covering.

DURING THE SERVICE

As an extra check, your therapist will offer to take their own temperature. You will be asked to listen and respond verbally to the consultation and hygiene checklist. Your therapist will wash their hands and forearms thoroughly before and after the service

AFTER THE SERVICE

Any equipment used in the service will be sanitised and the service area wiped down and cleared of any residue including any surface areas.

WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU

Please wear a face mask during your service to protect yourself and your therapist. If you do not have one, your therapist will offer you one complimentary mask. Get in touch with our customer service team if you are unwell or experiencing any flu-like symptoms to rearrange your upcoming booking - no matter how last minute!

TEST & TRACE

Taking part in the NHS Test & Trace will be mandatory from 18th September 2020 which is why we have to keep a record of all our clients. When you visit, please scan the QR code displayed at reception by using the NHS Covid-19 App. If you do not have the app we have your details on record



ONLINE SERVICE & DISPATCH TIME

With the outbreak of Coronavirus we have reduced staff, as we need to minimise any risk and keep our staff safe so it might take longer than usual to dispatch items so you may face delays in delivery due to current situation and if we are unable to fulfil any orders we will notify you via email, phone and fully refund your money. Please allow at least from 3/4 working days to receive your order. For Express orders, allow up to 1/2 working days. As we are doing out best to ship items fast, you might get it a lot quicker - please bear with us during this exceptionally challenging time for everyone.
